Tommaso Nervegna-Reed

    Tommaso Nervegna-Reed was born in 1996 in Melbourne. He recently completed his BFA Honours at Monash University in 2021. Recent exhibitions include: States of Disruption, Centre for Contemporary Photography, Melbourne (2022), Rushes, Haydens Gallery, Melbourne (2022) and Film Grammar, Blindside Play2 (2018). In 2020 Nervegna-Reed started Rushes, a public projection screen for experimental video art in St. Kilda. In 2019 he co-founded Cathedral Cabinet, an artist-run space in the Nicholas Building. In 2021, he in collaboration with Simulaa & Finding Infinity were shortlisted for the NGV Architecture Commission for their project ‘Gas Stack’ which was then awarded the 2022 AA Prize for Unbuilt Work.
